The software is as it is and we will not be in any way responsible for the use and abuse and any damage resulting directly or indirectly from use of that same software. The use of the software is at the sole risk of the user.

User licence

The software can be installed and used, provided they fulfill the conditions stipulated in the contract for the end user.
