Esiste uno strumento software che:
Dato il nome di un luogo (Italia) mi ritorni la zona UTM ?

OkMap naturalmente!
Usa la funzione "Utility - Geocoding", digita il luogo e premi il pulsante "Geocoding".
Sotto appariranno le coordinate geografiche.
Premi la linguetta UTM ed avrai la tua zona.
Funziona per indirizzi in formato OpenStreetMap.
