Esportando una Mappa nel formato per OruxMaps la qualità dell'immagine si abbassa.
D'altro canto il file generato per OruxMaps è più piccolo (18MByte) della immagine originale (29MByte), quindi sembra che OkMap l'abbia ricampionato e abbassato di risoluzione. Vi risulta?

Ci puoi mandare uno screenshot della form Tiling?

Prova a impostare JPG quality = 100
