I'm wondering if the latest version of OkMap is able to batch generate Garmin Custom Maps / KMZ files? Either from the UI or via a command line option.

It's a feature I asked about back in 2012 and am hoping on the off-chance that it's something you may have added.

I have a large number of geo tiffs I'd like to process in one go rather than having to manually process them one at a time. OkMap seems to produce the best best Garmin compatible files from the options I've tried so am hoping that purchasing the software will solve my problem rather than needing to spend the time coding up something myself.

Your English seems spot on to me ;)

Well done! Now I'm working to update user manual.
I'll takes a lot of time because my English is poor :-)

Ah, I found it - "Utilities > Maps > Maps conversions" - thank you :)

Unfortunately I can't figure out how to batch convert maps to Garmin Custom Maps. Please can you provide some instructions.

I've figured out how to add multiple files to the File Manager on the right by dragging and dropping. But from the "Utilities > Maps > Map tiling / Garmin custom maps" tool I can't see any way of processing more than a single file at a time.

I've downloaded the latest version from your website - v13.9.0 64-bit

Thanks for that, much appreciated. Purchased and downloading it now to try it out :)

OkMap finally does what you asked for.
Download the latest version where you can convert maps in batch mode from and to different formats including tiled ones.

I'm sorry, not yet.

Just checking in as it's been over a year...

I'm wondering if you might have added the batch generation of Garmin Custom Map files from GeoTiffs?
okmap Posted - 21/10/2016 : 09:12:50
Yes, actually the batch feature doesn't support generating the Garmin Custom Maps from GeoTIFFs.

Not 100% sure what you mean regarding monotiles, but reading between the lines, I'm guessing the batch feature won't support generating the Garmin Custom Maps for me from GeoTIFFs?

Hi there, just wondering if this feature is available yet? Thank you.

That would be awesome! I've subscribed to this topics to watch for updates. I'll happily purchase a licence if the functionality is present.

On previous free versions of OkMap I would leave all the defaults that OkMap selected for me and have been impressed with the tiled output. The only input I provided was choosing the projection = New Zealand's NZTM2000.

Actually OkMap can convert GeoTiff (and other formats) to KMZ (and other formats) in batch mode, taking in input files from a folder and puting the converted ones in another folder (GUI).
Produced KMZ are not multitiles.
I'm thinking it's a function that I could add but with some limitations such as the possibility to exclude single tiles or to choose the resizing factor.
I'll add this function to the list of things to do.
