Hi
I try to calibrate a Swiss Topo Map (scanned raster map / jpg image) using the indications of map.geo.admin.ch. Either using New Swiss Grid and CH1903 or using UTM I get a slight difference of about 50 m to the North. What might be my error?
I am a layman in calbrating maps.
Thanks a lot, FiftyTwo

Hello FiftyTwo,
I have the same problem, but after consulting with Paolo he wrote me:
I've fixed the problem in OkMap.
In the next release you'll find the correction.

Please send me (info@okmap.org) the image of the map (.jpg) so I can do some tests. You can use a free web service for big attachments such as DropBox, Jumbomail, ecc...
