Goodnight. My name is Jorge Celma. My problem is that when I try to pass a map in .map format, to .img format, I get a window asking for parameters. "GDAL Parameters" and a window to excipate something. I have entered the Internet address that puts on the window, but I can not find anything like what it asks. (I'm not ahead of computer science) I have done the conversion without putting anything, but when opening the map it gives error. Somebody could help me? Thanks a lot.
Hello Jorge, the documentation of GDAL can be found here https://www.gdal.org/programs/gdal_translate.html Remember that IMG format is referred to ERDAS image and it'snt the IMG vectorial format used by Garmin.
