Quindi č sufficiente un frame UDP indirizzato a numero_ip:numero_porta il cui campo informazione continente il testo formattato come sopra ?

Si, io uso il socket di .NET; apro la connessione all'indirizzo ip:porta faccio un send della stringa e poi close ad ogni sentenza.
Forse puoi anche provare con qualcosa tipo telnet.
